Purchase of a Polish construction company (2014)

For a group of investors, we managed the purchase of a Polish real estate development and construction company. The target of the acquisition was owned by a company governed by Italian law, which was facing insolvency proceedings.
We carried out the evaluation of the operation, the due diligence and the strategic repositioning, aimed at a subsequent sale, of the Polish company.
