For group consisting of 4 commercial companies, an agricultural company, a cooperative, a real estate company and a group holding company, we took care of:

• Three arrangements with creditors, presented to the Court of Milan
•  An administrative liquidation, presented to the Ministry of Economic Development and the Court of Forlì
• A debt relief plan, presented to the Court of Verona

The group was going through a financial crisis, whose main cause was due to improperly planned investments. The merge of the commercial and manufacturing company was sold, after the reorganization, to a competitor, safeguarding the brands, the production and the entire human capital and headcount of the company.
