Consorzio Innova, a company established in order to safeguard, through a business lease, the value of the Unifica company, has developed important production values as initially forecasted; those results made it possible to make a proposal for the Unifica company, which was subject in 2016 to compulsory administrative liquidation procedure.
The operation received a favorable opinion from the Ministry of the Economic Development and was completed in 2021. The operation made it possible to consolidate and safeguard 40 years of entrepreneurial history. Our team has followed the operation since its initial conception, guiding management and entrepreneurs throughout the procedure, and providing day-to-day assistance to the company.

Consorzio Innova: Lease of company branch and creation of a dedicated assets
To accompany and optimize the development of services in the cleaning sector, Consorzio Innova had decided to rent a company branch already active in the field. To ensure the correct management and visibility of this division, we created a dedicated assets, separating this way the activity and the financial reporting of the division from the core of the business. The transaction allowed the customer to strategically position itself when participating in public tenders.

Consorzio Innova: Issuance and listing of a minibond (2021) (2021)
We accompanied the client in raising debt capital on the market, by issuing and listing a minibond worth € 8M. The minibond, aimed at financing the customer’s purchase of the company already leased, was fully subscribed. A peculiarity of the transaction was the fact that the money collected was deposited in an escrow account with the availability of the sums subject to the favorable outcome of the proposal for the purchase of the company, which at the time was in compulsory administrative liquidation procedure.
