1988
Studio Due Emme is founded by Benvenuto Marin: it offers tax and accounting services to companies and individuals.
Thanks to a strong development, and multiple partnerships established with other firms and professionals, expertise was developed on solving complex and one-of-a-kind problems, in particular those linked to management of insolvency, restructuring and M&As.
2000
2005
Sherman & Partners was born: a project and a professional association that will involve more than 180 professionals and staff spread across 13 sites in Italy and 3 in Europe. Studio Due Emme changes name and becomes Sherman Servizi Contabili srl.
Sherman Advisory is born. Following a reorganization of Sherman & Partners, different companies are created, following the existing areas of specialization: Sherman Advisory for the strategic and executive consulting; Sherman Servizi Contabili (now Sherman Team) for the accounting services; S&P Advisory sarl for the international consultancy.

2018
SEGEIN Consulting was born. Controlled by Sherman Advisory, it specialises in day-to-day consulting services, financial planning, organisation, and business planning.
