Our Method
Our role as an advisor resides in listening to the customer needs and offer integrated solutions to answers to the company and the entrepreneurs’ needs. Our operating model and the multidisciplinary team, allow us to offer solutions that consider market, economic, legal, contractual, and operating factors. Along the years, we established a well-integrated team of professionals, and we are able to mobilize the relevant skills, depending on the project needs. Here are the common phases of a project:

Listening
Each company is unique.. Even before starting making hypotheses, it is important to understand what is the role required of us and what value we can bring to the table. In this phase, we seek to understand the needs of the company and the entrepreneurs we are working with.

First Analysis
Once our role has been established and there is coherence between what is expected of us and what we can offer, we analyze the situation in detail to identify risks, challenges and opportunities. We also want to make sure we understand how our organization can help our customer. At this point, if there is mutual interest, a contract will be signed, and the project will officially kick-off.

Team Formation and Project Management
We identify the right resources among our multidisciplinary team, to successfully develop the project that has been defined. We will offer concrete solutions that are the results of multidisciplinary contribution. During the life of the project, a project manager is appointed, to coordinate all the activities and the customer relationship.

Project Closure
At the end of the project, or yearly in case of continuous activity, we carry out a retrospective to analyze what went well and what can be improved.
