Benvenuto Marin

Benvenuto Marin is the Founder and CEO of Sherman Advisory. .
He has been Founding Partner of Sherman & Partners.
Benvenuto specializes in offering strategic advisory services, oftentimes working alongside the entrepreneur analyzing complex bet-your-company problems such as structuring (or re-structuring) a company governance, M&As and crisis management. .

Benvenuto is a chartered accountant and auditor. Isince 1993. He obtained a Master in corporate law (2005) and a Master in bankruptcy and insolvency procedures (2013).

Alex Brunello

Alex Brunello is Partner of Sherman Advisory.

Alex specializes in offering strategic consulting and supporting reorganization and innovation initiatives. Thanks also to a professional experience abroad, he supports companies in the analysis and development of growth opportunities (including M&As) and reorganization, also for what pertains digital transformation projects.

Alex has a Master Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (2014) and a Master in Management on Strategy and Business Administration from ESCP Europe of Paris (2015).

Nicola Parolin

Nicola Parolin is Managing Partner of S&P Advisory sarl., He has been Founding Partner of Sherman & Partners.

Nicola, who has been located outside of Italy for over twenty years, takes care, with his organization, of accompanying companies and entrepreneurs in multi-national development initiatives.

Andrea Minozzi

Andrea Minozzi is a lawyer and Founding Partner of Studio Legale Associato CCM – AVVECOMM Legal since 1996.

Andrea has gained a broad experience and specialization in strategic and legal assistance relating to special operations related to financial and corporate transactions, including M&As, Private Equity, Private Debt, Minibond, AIM, etc. with multiple deals managed also with international companies.

Cristina Zarpellon

Cristina Zarpellon is the CEO of Sherman Servizi Contabili and SEGEIN Consulting.

Cristina, with her organization, offers administrative, tax and labor consultancy services. In addition, she offers business intelligence and data analysis services: using the data available in companies’ information systems, and integrating them with other data from external sources, she provides dashboards to help and guide the decision-making processes and the performance measurement.

Additionally, Cristina helps companies in solving challenges linked to financial, strategic, and business planning activities. Alongside traditional corporate structures, a special expertise is offered to cooperative and consortium companies.

Cristina is a chartered accountant, auditor, and judicial administrator.
